AnyExtras is operated by Tilted Planet Ltd, an Illinois corporation ("we," "us," "AnyExtras"). By using AnyExtras you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable.
What AnyExtras is
AnyExtras is a peer-to-peer matchmaking service: people headed to an event post listings to give away extra tickets or to request tickets, and AnyExtras helps them find each other. We never hold tickets and we don't transfer them ourselves — the exchange happens directly between you and your match, in person.
What AnyExtras is not
- Not a payments platform. No money may be exchanged for tickets through AnyExtras.
- Not a ticket seller. We are not affiliated with venues, teams, artists, or primary or secondary ticket marketplaces.
- Not an escrow service. We don't hold tickets and won't intermediate disputes between users.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your event, your tickets, and your need.
- Coordinate the hand-off with your match in good faith and show up when you say you will.
- Don't post tickets you don't own or have a right to give away.
- Don't try to get around the app's safety checks (faking your location, evading verification, signing up under multiple accounts to dodge a ban, etc.). Doing so may get you banned for good.
- Don't share your sign-in link with anyone you don't fully trust. Whoever opens the link is signed in as you for 60 minutes.
- Use the in-app messaging respectfully. Don't harass, threaten, or solicit payment.
Messaging, notifications, and trust-and-safety records
When you match with another user, AnyExtras provides in-app chat so you can coordinate without sharing personal contact details. Messages are stored on our servers and visible to both participants. Admins may review the chat transcript, the location records of your match-related actions, and your feedback when a match is flagged for ban or when either participant is banned. We send push notifications for new matches, accepted matches, cancelled matches, and new chat messages on the devices where you've granted permission. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove your account if you violate these terms or if other users repeatedly flag you for bad-faith behavior. We aim to be transparent about why, but the decision to ban is ours. When we ban an account, we also flip a per-device ban marker via Apple's DeviceCheck API so a banned device can be recognized if it tries to come back under a new account.
Tips
The app offers optional tips to support development. Tips are processed by Apple via in-app purchase, are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies, and do not grant access to any feature.
Disclaimer of warranties
AnyExtras is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of listings, or the conduct of other users. Use your judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyExtras and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, since we don't charge for the service, is most likely $0).
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app on next launch. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
